Director

Joseph, an innovative leader at Sabaoth Care Ltd., positions the organisation to address evolving health needs by actively listening to people’s concerns. With a vision to be a comprehensive care provider, Sabaoth Care, under Joseph’s guidance, aims to deliver quality-of-life services at home and exceptional care, establishing itself as a model for social enterprise.

Bringing extensive healthcare experience, Joseph transitioned from a senior carer role, obtaining an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care. Since assuming the role of provider in 2015, he has been dedicated to inspiring Sabaoth Care’s staff with a passion for delivering genuine, honest, and empathic care.

Joseph’s patient-centred philosophy is evident in his progressive management approach, elevating personal and professional standards. His initiative, effectiveness under pressure, and experience in multi-disciplinary teamwork, coupled with a strong foundation in first aid and health and safety, underscore his reliability and responsibility. Completing a Level 5 Diploma in Management has further elevated Joseph’s healthcare leadership to new heights.
