Recruitment Process

This form covers personal details, health declarations, and a comprehensive employment history. Additionally, applicants must submit original proof of identity, recent photos, certificates or qualifications, and evidence of their right to work in the UK.

NMC Clearance
For nurses, clearance by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is mandatory. This additional step ensures the suitability and competence of our nursing staff.
References and Verification
Sabaoth Care Ltd. requests two references from each candidate, and records of interviews are meticulously kept. For qualified nurses, a drug calculation or math test is conducted. We exemplify our commitment to security by conducting checks with the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS), including P.O.V.A. and P.O.C.A. We engage staff members only if they possess a satisfactory enhanced disclosure certificate.
